Return Policy
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. For orders over 24 hours, and the product has not been shipped, you can get a 70% refund on the cancellation.
Owing to the featured custom goods, we can not cancel the order if the product is finished or shipped, and it does not support returns and refunds.
Modifications
Suppose you unintentionally ordered in the wrong size, color, or have second thoughts about the header, lining, or otherwise. In that case, we will be glad to revise your order within 24 hours. Two easy and effective solutions help. Contact our customer service via LiveChat or email us at info@curtainsclick.com.au. A refund or an invoice will be sent to you for the pricing changes.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns for faulty or defective items in accordance with Australian/New Zealand Consumer Law. If your item is damaged or not working as intended, please contact us within 14 days of delivery/installation for a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated.
Measuring Tool Helps
Our free measurement tool is easy to use and can be a great resource to ensure that returns aren't necessary. All you have to do is select the width of your window, the length of your curtains, and the header style.
Free Swatches Available
In addition to a free measuring tool, we also offer free swatches. You can know better what your new curtains will look like before ordering. We recommend ordering free swatches first because colors or fabrics don't always perform perfectly from the screen. It's easy to check before making your final purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The shipping cost of returns (if applicable)
For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by CurtainsClick. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@curtainsclick.com.au.
